KIDS
My wonderful kids (left to right): Mark, Hannah, and Paul.

TENNIS
We have a great tennis community in our area and I have enjoyed spending time on the court with some great friends, including the team below which won the USTA Southern Section 8.5 Combo Doubles Championship in 2010.

I also have my stringing hobby-gone-mad, Big Time Tennis. I have strung over 3,000 tennis rackets in the past four years, including at professional tournaments like the ATP Legg Mason Tennis Classic in Washington, DC.

WHISK(E)Y
Scotch, Bourbon, Japanese, Canadian, Irish. Single malt, single barrel, small batch, cask strength, blends. Corn, barley, rye, wheat. As long as its good, its fine by me.

FOOD
I enjoy eating (way too much).

TARGET SHOOTING
Having spent over 40 years not even handling a gun, I have enjoyed taking up target shooting recently.

I am developing the academic side of this interest into a book called Gun Culture 2.0.
